How booking and pay-on-the-day works
Our system is built to be low-risk. You book online to hold your seats, and you pay on the tour day. There is no need to send money in advance or hand over card details up front. When you reach the checkout on any tour page, you choose your date and the number of adults and children, and we confirm your reservation.
Prices are shown in EUR because that is our base currency. If you see a figure in pounds, roubles or another currency anywhere, treat it as an approximate conversion of the EUR price — the live number on the tour page is the authoritative one, and we never quote a fixed non-EUR amount that could drift out of date.
Hotel transfer and pickup
Hotel transfer is arranged as part of the trips that include it. Guests are picked up from their hotel in the morning; the exact time is confirmed the day before and varies from hotel to hotel. This is because pickup routes are built around all the hotels on a given day, so we finalise your slot once the route is set and let you know the evening before.
